This week I got some lovely ripe peaches form the store, so I made a peach cake to serve at a get together this weekend. I had some leftover filling so I decided to also make some peach filled macarons. They turned out really well! I got some new silicon baking sheets that have the circles already on them for the macaron sizes. I made one tray of big ones and one tray of small ones. They are yummy!
