This caramel apple crisp is a comforting cold-weather dessert. Instead of making caramel, I use dulce de leche in the apple mixture. The combination is a match made in heaven! If you don’t have an oven-safe skillet, you can transfer the cooked apple mixture to a casserole before putting on the topping and baking.
Blondies are a combination of the best part of chocolate chip cookies and brownies. They taste like a chocolate chip cookie and have a crispy exterior like chocolate chip cookies, but the middle is gooey and fudgy like a brownie. To make my blondies extra flavourful, I brown the butter before adding it to the batter. An optional sprinkle of sea salt over the top takes this treat to the next level!
This light-tasting mousse cake features a layer of pistachio sponge cake, a pistachio crunch layer, a layer of blackberry mousse, a layer of lemon mousse, and a layer of blackberry jelly. Aside from the sponge cake, this is a no-bake dessert. Recipe adapted from Home Cooking Adventures.
