Everything But the Kitchen Sink Bars

The add-ins for these no-bake bars are a delicious blend of salty and sweet!

Ingredients
  • 2 cups corn flake cereal
  • 1 cup crisped rice cereal
  • 3/4 cup plain kettle cooked chips, lightly crushed
  • 3/4 cup salted pretzels, lightly crushed
  • 1/2 cup graham crackers broken into pieces
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup toffee chips
  • 1/2 cup quick or rolled oats
  • 1 cup corn syrup
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 2 cups peanut butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • extra add ins to decorate the top (optional)
Instructions
  1. Combine cereals, chips, pretzels, white chocolate chips, toffee chips, graham cracker pieces and oats in a large bowl
  2. In a large pot, combine corn syrup, brown sugar, chocolate chips, peanut butter and vanilla. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until chocolate is melted and mixture is well combined, 1 to 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in cereal mixture and mix with a rubber spatula to combine.
  4. Spoon mixture into greased 9 x 13 inch pan and flatten top.
  5. Add extra toppings on top, if desired. Lightly press toppings onto the bars to adhere them.
  6. Cover and chill in the fridge until set, about 30 minutes. Cut into 32 bars.
  7. Store bars in the fridge.
